I have experience in the area of excellent customer service, travel reservations, transfers and organizing events. I am trained in Tourism Management at the Commercial Institute of Maputo and currently majoring in Public Administration at the University Eduardo Mondlane, working as a receptionist for over five years having held the highest position of supervisor of Reception.
