Resumo
Large experience working with Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation in projects supported by different INGOs. Sound experience in planning and carrying out training sessions, with involved Training Needs Assessment and preparation of training materials and hand outs. Conduction and facilitation of international meetings. Good in establishing communication with different types of institutions (both governmental and non governmental)and people. Ability of working under pressure.
