WORK EXPERIENCE • Lead the entire Maintenance process, ensuring the operational continuity of the equipment, the site and the company • Designed and implemented efficient preventive maintenance program, physical mode, and automatization of the system (MX system) from January 2024 • Developed and monitored the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance at each terminal, using these as the basis for monthly performance reports • Led the development of operations and maintenance procedures and checklists (work sheets) for all Level 1 and 2 operations and maintenance inspections • Defined and led the development of the scope for preventive maintenance contracts for equipment critical to operations • Led the process of identifying critical equipment and critical safety barriers (CSBs) for the development of the technological risk assessment (TRA) and ensuring that this equipment remains operational at all times • Ensured that maintenance was carried out in accordance with the LOTO system and trained staff at all Samcol fuel Terminals • Managed the planning of spare parts to ensure the operational readiness of critical equipment • Conducted terminal audits and coordinated corrective action follow-up for external Maestro audits • Prepared annual maintenance budgets and managed contract scopes for critical equipment • Monitored and overseen development projects in the field in their entirety • Ensuring HSE culture consolidation targeting zero fatalities, zero TRIR and zero TIER across all terminals
