I am a procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and development programs, combining strong technical expertise in procurement, logistics, and contract management with a solid understanding of donor compliance and field-based operations. I currently serve as Procurement Coordinator at World Education, Inc. (JSI Research & Training Institute) under the MozNorte Program, a World Bank–funded rural resilience initiative implemented across multiple districts in Northern Mozambique. In this role, I am responsible for end-to-end procurement coordination, including procurement planning, preparation of solicitation documents and Terms of Reference, management of competitive bidding processes, evaluation and contracting, and close monitoring of contract execution. I work extensively with district governments, technical partners, engineers, and local suppliers to ensure timely, transparent, and compliant procurement in complex, decentralized operating environments. Previously, I spent more than ten years with the Centre for Collaboration in Health (CCS), where I supported large-scale health and humanitarian programs funded primarily by PEPFAR and other international partners. During this period, I developed strong competencies in budgeting, procurement planning, logistics coordination.
