Resumo
I am a field operations and environmental management professional with over seven years of experience leading and supporting disaster risk reduction, conservation programmes, and data-driven decision-making in remote and resource-constrained environments. I have supported multi-district field operations, contributing to the effective delivery of conservation, climate adaptation, and community-based programmes. I bring strong experience in operational planning, logistics coordination, monitoring systems, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with government authorities, NGOs, and local communities. I also have experience supporting health, safety and security (HSS) procedures, field-based risk management, and operational readiness in dynamic environments. I have solid technical expertise in data management and analysis, including GIS, KoboCollect, and Power BI, applied to strengthen monitoring systems, improve decision-making, and support donor reporting. I am experienced in improving operational efficiency and supporting conservation and development objectives in complex field environments. I am committed to strengthening biodiversity conservation and sustainable natural resource management through effective field operations, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences (Meteorology) from Eduardo Mondlane University, a Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety, and I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Disaster Risk Management. I have also undertaken professional training in Project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), GIS, English, Leadership, and Information Technology.
