
Carmindo is a high professional with over 15 years of experience in development programs for vulnerable communities, Proven leadership in designing and implementing impactful projects, Livelihood and financial inclusion, Strong facilitation skills, designing and prepare effective workshops and training. He demonstrated high proficiency in advanced Softwares in Kobo toolbox for data collection and processing in community research, and ARCGIS for spatial modeling and analysis, ensuring accurate and impactful results. I am also skilled in Primavera ERP Software V.10 (Accounting, Logistics, HR, and Taxation), and have expertise in SIG SAVIX, effectively managing Savings Group portfolios and benefiting low-income communities. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation at UEM – Maputo, where I have implemented significant climate resilience initiatives. Additionally, I hold a degree in English Teaching, with proficiency in Portuguese, enriching my communication and multicultural collaboration skills.
