
I was employed as the Mozambique Finance and Administrative Manager for Dorcas Aid International since November 2013 to December 2020. I am a holder of a Bachelor of Accounting, HND Accounting and Higher National Diploma in Business Administration. I am an honest and principled individual who can be trusted to produce commendable results if given the chance to perform. I am a mature and professional woman who believes in transparency, team work, innovativeness and creativity. I have managed to lead the Finance team at Dorcas Aid International for seven years and have managed to triple the portfolio due to proper financial management and systems. We managed to get more funds from UNICEF and Village Water as well and all audits were successful. My passion is to get a job where l can work towards the growth of the organization due to good financial management and proper capacity building to partners. My major duties and responsibilities at Dorcas Aid International entail among others: • Responsible for the financial and administration of country office and partner organizations. • Write and maintain financial policies meeting the local rules and regulations of the international office. • Responsible for budgeting and reporting to institutional donors . This position presents an opportunity for my career advancement. I have the right qualifications and experience to perform effectively and efficiently in this position.
