
I have been in a sales area for a 13 years starting performing and growing in the sequence below : 1. Cashier - As operational and sales agent 2. SME Relationship Manager - I contributed significantly for the success of the local Small and Medium Enterprises 3. Premier Relationship Manager - I contributed significantly to creat this segment of building the respective portfolio of specific customers targeted for it, customers earning salary equal Mzn300k or having the total amount of Mzn1.3Mio in the accounts. This the top customers segment of the Absa Bank Mozambique 4. Key Account Executive - I contributed significantly in this area looking after Multinational companies and in a sequence I signed with them the Work Place Banking in order to guarantee that they have special offer in products and services mainly low rates in Loans requests (e.g. Nestle, Sasol, Vodacom, ENI, Servitrade etc). In this moment I accumulated the role as deputy Director of the Area. 5. Branch Manager ( Angola Avenue) - I started in this branch as Manager, it was a huge challenge because the branch was in watch list in a way to be closed definitely, however, I implemented my skills within the team building strategies and sales plan from enhancing their skills to the technical aspects and fortunately we succeed and the branch became one the most productive in country making part of the top 20.
