
Civil Engineer, graduated from Eduardo Mondlane University, member of the Order of Engineers of Mozambique registered under number E-382 and registered with the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources under number 4936 / A. I have 9 years of professional experience managing the construction of buildings, water supply infrastructures and construction of roads and bridges. I participated in several projects of metal structures and reinforced concrete to design and supervise the respective constructions in Mozambique. I worked in the National Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation (DNAAS) in the Department of Water and Sanitation, in the management of construction and rehabilitation of Water Supply Systems before joining the National Road Administration (ANE); Currently in the National Road Administration, assigned to the Planning Department of the Provincial Delegation of Gaza working in the monitoring and supervision of Planning and Budget processes for the Construction, Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Roads, it collects and processes statistical data on roads and bridges, coordinating with the Districts and Municipalities to prepare their plans and budgets for roads and bridges, prepare all Department information reports, participate in the evaluation and preparation of bidding reports for contracting Contractors for the maintenance and rehabilitation of roads and bridges, participate in activities of road safety in coordination with other sectors. Since 2016, I have been appointed Resident Engineer in 2 projects financed by the World Bank in Gaza Province, Emergency and Resilience respectively. In addition, I am a member of the Road Research Center working on investigating the performance of roads with low traffic volume, having participated in the Regional Roads Conference in Durban on October 10, 2018 for the presentation of a scientific article.
