• Position: HSE, Security and Training Manager • Company: Chelsea Group Mozambique – Inhambane - Sasol Project • Role and Responsibilities: • Management of the security department to safeguard and protect the lives, properties and the reputation of the Company ensuring good relationship with local communities in collaboration with district police. • Hiring security personnel and restructuring the security teams; • Manage the budget for security (800 men and women); • Review and approve all payment requests for the security team; • Create and Implement security procedures and strategies to mitigate thefts, HSE and security incidents; • Investigate and report all the incidents to company general manager team. • Establish solid relationships with surrounding community leadership and local governmental security authorities. • Manage and undertake training needs assessments for clients; • Develop of training plans; • Prepare Pedagogical documents, including curricula, manuals, assessment of training materials; • Organize entire training provision process: recruitment of trainers, assessment of trainees, preparation of schedules and timetables, training monitoring and supervision; • Ensure that training always takes place in accordance with the identified requirements; • Lead the incidents investigation and support with all the necessary needs. • Guide the security risk assessment for all the projects as required. • Establish the security parameter. Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement actions resulting from the monitoring process.  Strongly support the deployment of the key HSE programs, including Golden Rules and awareness-raising campaigns as well as Company’s HSE initiatives;  Liaise with Corporate reporting team to identify improvement areas of the HSE systems.  Together with the team members, carry out measures that improve safety performance and promote continuous
