The usage of the correct bid document for each case writing precise reports. Preparation of process and proper filling/archive of them are done chronologically to better assist the review of all processes above (what? 30.000) which are reviewed by a local committee and above US$100,000.00 reviewed regionally. 4. The implementation of such system helped and made easier to locate documents during the internal audit, reducing the time spent with the audit team. 5. This helped staff (programme and projects) to learn and get familiar with the Procurement procedures.
