Ensure efficient and effective management of client demand to achieve operational goals and targets in turn meeting or exceeding budgets by : 1- Ensuring that SLAs operate optimally and achieve agreement requirements. 2- Implement and lead monthly review meetings with supervisors and team leaders to achieve operational targets. 3- Ensuring maximum Machines utilization. 4- Plan and organize operational resources optimally effective and efficient utilization of resources. 5- Daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts achieved, hence achieving budgets. 6- Maintain and develop customer relationship with courteous and prompt replies to customer queries. 7- Comply with clients’ contractual requirements with continuous analysis of service delivery targets & objectives. 8- Manage and monitors all planned machine maintenance activities. 9- Manage and monitors machine availability and takes corrective action as required. Provides feedback to Management regarding condition and future maintenance requirements. 10- Liaises with Workshop Maintenance Manager on machine maintenance and costs.
