Virgilio's experience include operation and maintenance of MV Power Systems within HazLoc. He has lead field teams and operations in oil & gas drilling campaigns in the Saudi Arabia fields of Shaiba and Udhaliyah. He has strong knowledge of the business environment in Mozambique from his experience as a business developer and Country Manager within the country.
