10 years' experience in promoting income-generating activities for women and young people in rural communities, with experience in identifying potential SMEs, entrepreneurship training, negotiation strategies during marketing and business management. Advice on drawing up business plans, accompaniment and coaching during the operationalization of their businesses and links with the market (finance, customers and suppliers). Experienced in acting as a coach for entrepreneurs, helping to define goals, strategic planning and skills development. Strong ability to create partnerships with public and private institutions to strengthen the promotion of sustainable initiatives to generate income and employment for young people and women in rural communities. Experience in working with various partnerships such as public institutions, SASOL, GIZ, Ligth for the World, the International Organization for Migration and the Alberto Chipande Higher Institute of Science and Technology.
