I'm confident that I have the skills, qualities and knowlegde to add long term value to your time. I'm resourcefull, fast-working and have attention to the details. Based on my hardworking and experience I've generated contracts of various categories of goods and services (for ex: medical equipment; vehicles, motorbikes, motorcicles, travel agency, vehicle rental, maitanance services, taxi services, fuel, and ect) to respond on the programme request's following the policies and procurement procedures. The contracts created to respond to requests were put out to tender with a procurement evaluation committee made up of the technical, programme, finance and supply chain areas and these contracts helped to raise procurement KPIs, contract coverages, requests being responded to on time, suppliers delivering on time. I trained my TEAM in terms of strategic response and following procedures, using correct templates and making purchasing processes in accordance with the organisation's limits in order to acquire goods and services in accordance with the following: right quality, right time, at the right price and in the right quantity. I supported the design of the procurement plan with realistic deadlines (e.g. vehicle procurement time, correct construction times) and, as a strategic partner, I helped the project to align the implementation plan with our context so that the activities inherent to the project could be carried out in a realistic timeframe. I helped clear customs for commodities (Super Cereal + and Super Cereal ++) worth more than $8,538,000.00 and bought vegetable oil for a budget of $840,000 as part of a project funded by USAID. I applied to the MISAU for exemption from customs duties on the commodities and also for exemption from paying VAT on purchases of processes for the USAID-funded project.
