I am a teacher and have been working as a teacher for the past 12 years and that enabled me to aquire vast experience and competencies mentioned below. I have experience in teaching Geography students upto high school level and Commerce and related subjects upto secondary school level. EDUCATION Bachelor of Science (Honors) Education Degree in Geography Bindura University of Science Education, 2nd class degree (2012 – 2015) Diploma in Education (Geography and Commerce) University of Zimbabwe (Mutare Teachers College (2004-2005) "A" Level- Clemag College (2001-2002) SUMMARY OF KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES -Syllabus interpretation. -Scheming and lesson planning -Marking (Including interpreting marking schemes-Marking National examinations) -Quantitative and Qualitative Data collection, -Data entry, -Basic Geographical Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing literacy. -Counselling skills -Basic computer literacy COMPUTER SKILLS -Conversant with all Microsoft packages. -Able to use some data entry packages such as Entryware, Epi Info and ODK -Able to use some GIS softwares. Moreover I participated in Geography related activities such as Data collection as an Enumarator for CAMFED in June 2019, Data entry for National Medicine Survey in 2013 and Carried out a Research Dissertation on the Effect of Mining on people relocated in Arda Transau area from Chiadzwa in 2014. I also participated in various workshops for Syllabus interpretation organised by the Ministry of Education in Zimbabwe. I am currently a Geography Examiner for Zimbabwe School Examinations Council.
