• Design and develop research/study protocols • Responsible for supervising and providing direction throughout the process including the coordination of logistics for pre-testing study tool, training of field team and data collection; • Collaborating with stakeholders and partners at, national, provincial and community level; • Ensure undertaking effective collection, analysis and use of programmatic data; • Testing research questions and adapts interventions based on evidence and insights; • Using interactive techniques to gain insights on target audience and use evidence-based insights to inform programming; • Liaising the communication between PSI and the local ethic committee ensuring all necessary amendment to the study protocol are communicated and implemented on time; • Manage Implementation of annual M&E work plan in collaboration with PSI program team; • Develop simple SOP on M&E work plan roles and responsabilities; • Finalise DHIS2 configuration to collect and report disaggregated data by age; • Ensure that project indicators have been fully defined; • Monitor data quality of project activities;
