• Compile and deliver site customised trainings and ensure adherence to Standard operating procedures; Assist teams identify out of control situations to help them resolve workplace problems using DMAIC – Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control approaches; • Help teams do Loss and Waste analysis in order to determine areas of focus using Pareto analysis. • Help teams scope Performance Improvement Projects and establish controls to reduce and mitigate losses; • Monitor team meetings and shift hand over; Audit Visual Management Boards; Co-ordinate the delivery of training content to shop floor work teams; Train shop floor teams and team leaders on best practices principles and concepts; Asses and evaluate work teams to ensure that learning outcomes have been achieved; • Review and refine training content with the Master Trainer and Continuous Improvement Teams and suggest improvements; Turn training activities into on the Job Development in line with specific and outlined targets;
