More than 15 yrs of experience as medical doctor, 10 yrs as clinical pathologist/Laboratory medicine specialist, as manager at different levels in health sector in mozambique. Head of the Department Ministry of Health: Departamento de Meios Auxiliares de Diagnóstico (Clinical pathology, Anatomic Pathology, Legal Medicine, Imaging & Radiotherapy), Maputo (Mozambique) Participate in writing strategic documents 1. Clinical laboratory strategic document 2. Imaging and radiotherapy national strategic plan 3. Norms and standards for hospitals 4. Cancer control strategic plan 5. Sample Referral System strategy and approach 6. Coordinate laboratory network assessment - LabMap 7. Coordinate Global laboratory leadership program Coordinate the CDC and Global Fund investments implementation on HIV, TB and Malaria, Covid-19. Design, define, write Ministry of Health diagnostic action plan for clinical laboratory, anatomic pathology and imaging. Assess and monitor implementation of the activities. Guide and establish framework for health commodities quantification based on epidemiologic data. Coordinate MoH team and provincial supervisor to achieve settled goals. Engage team member to continuous improvement and self-learn development. Interaction with different organizations National: USAID, CDC, and its recipients, INS, WHO, ANEA.
