Resumo

Flexibility, attention to detail, positive attitude, solution oriented, excellent work ethic, critical thinking, and initiative, client and end result oriented, accountability and sustainability mind set, are some of the skills required to be a successful candidate for this position. Fortunately, these are attributes that my current and previous mangers have described me with. I was until April a Program Officer and Subaward Coordinator, at Jhpiego. In addition to the soft skills described above, I hold a degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management from Solusi University-Zimbabwe allowing me to have courses such as NGO Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, International Commerce, procurement logistic, stock management, International trading, Accounting etc, combined with more than 15 years of experience 75% of it, in humanitarian field in areas of linking programmatic/technical and Administration/implementation areas, Donor communi.Financial Management, local and offshore Procurement, Logistics, Planning Management. My attached resume will shed light on my background. During my experience as a Program Officer and a Subaward Coordinator, managed to bring the conscious of my supervisees to the idea of no fear but team work and problem solving solutions and immediate reporting for support, I managed to smoothen the activities calling people to have the idea of accountability and delivering the work, set up strategies to reduce the response time, managed to reinforce and refresh the rules regulations compliance issues that needed to be addressed, set up strategies that could help in the processes, promptly communicate to my supervisors about situations that are out of the rules and conflict of interest and restructure them.
