Resumo

Install, configure, and assist in setting up new office hardware and software and training employees on how to use them. Manage servers: mail, application, database, backup, FTP, Proxy… Install, maintain, and provide technical support necessary for the administration and operation of the local area network (LAN), wide area network, and Internet-based communications, including hardware / software requirements, network protocols, data security measures, and Integration with multiple servers and LAN protocols. Analysing and evaluating potential security threats Putting plans and measures in place, ie. firewalls, passwords and encryption to combat a security breach Educating other areas of the business on the importance of cyber security Train users to use Office365: Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, DocuSign. Prepare reports (IT Security, Incident Reports, Access Rights, Data Restore Tests, IT Assets). Support M & E officers in the use of M & E tools (Survey123, Epidata, SPSS, DevResults) Analyze data on network usage / traffic and complement / reallocate network and Internet resources to provide end users with maximum reliability and optimize resource use. Provide technical and programmatic support services to FTF RAMA related to Vodafone's 3-2-1 network, TechnoBrain from the Export Trading Group and applications for smartphones. Perform other duties assigned.
