
Summary --- Experience & Abilities: Developing Planning/Scheduling and Project Controls Procedures (& driving them through Implementation), “Integrity” Validation and Estimation from Scope-Manhours/Dollars, Resource/Cost Loading of “Master” Level 3 EPCC Schedule (Primavera)-and derivation of Project Controls Data therein (SPI/CPI/SV/CV/ETC/EAC) for Trending/Reporting/Managing the condition of the project, Implementation of Project Controls “Methodologies” to assure accurate and meaningful reporting by Subcontractors for the Project. Analyses, Reporting, Forecasting-gauging the “health” of the Project at periodic intervals and providing corrective actions and recommendations-with a focus on Project Controls, Risk Management and Contract Administration. Interfacing with all Internal and External Stakeholders-including Subcontractors, EOR-Engineer of Record , Clients and Owner’s Engineer at all levels of Management to facilitate , implement and execute the Works-taking into account all the relevant Project Parameters (seamless Construction Execution, Constraints to Execution, Interfaces between and amongst all stakeholders, Timely Approval & Issue-Delivery of Specifications/Drawings/Equipment & Material), Risks, Logistics and General Administration aspects to assure adherence to Time, Budget, HSE, Quality aspects of Work Program and ultimate achievement of Contractual Key Milestones, Guaranteed Completion Dates-both from the Client and Subcontractor perspectives.
