I strongly believe that my administrative experience and qualifications make me the ideal candidate for post that has arisen in your organisation. I am man aged forty years. I hold a Bachelor of Education Honours Degree in Sociology. I have worked in Ministry of education as a teacher since 2005 and that I have adequate experience and skills with regards to the teaching field of work. I was appointed a substantive deputy head in 2017. Through executing my duties effectively, I was elevated to the headship post in 2018. My main duties as a school headmaster were managing the organisation that is supervision of teachers, allocation of duties and responsibilities to the staff members, producing monthly, quarterly and annually reports, balancing the cash analysis, procurement and use of public assets and funds, enforcing ministerial policies and creating a favourable environment for public relations to take the centre stage among the stakeholders- learners, teachers and parents. The school successfully embarked upon numerous projects such as the water reticulation, electrification of administration block and teachers’ houses, garden and field, construction of ECD block, layers and piggery projects during my tenure of office as the school headmaster. I exhibit good professional ethics such commitment, respect, care, accountability among others which I greatly feel can best benefit an organisation with diversified and varied projects
