Amândio de Oliveira Maneque, Master in Planning and Regional Development and Graduated in Accounting and Auditing with more than 12 years of professional experience, which 2 years as a teacher, 2 of Coordination and project management and more than 8 years of experience in the area, Community Development that allowed the acquisition of skills of coordination of activities, team leadership and conflict management.
