Leading the planning, organisation/facilitation and implementation of projects intervention s. I am a good team player, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and adapt easily to various situations because l am a fast learner. My English communication is excellent and l have advanced computer skills. I have successfully implemented literacy promotion project using minimal resources with good leadership skills at grassroot level and also with all stakeholders. I was able to engage community members to fully participate in all projects l have managed for sustainability of the projects. One thing which distinguish me among others is that of my vast technical experience in successfully managing various projects
