- Ensure the maintenance and functionality of the Service's IT equipment, dependent programs and SDSMAS; - Provide technical support, train colleagues in the use of data management applications in the healthcare sector (SIMAM, SIGLUS, SISMA, MGDH, DisaLink, SISMA-TB, OpenMRS); - Monitor the syncronization status from US with the Main Server; - Ensure the communication by internet and File Server; - Diagnose, propose strategies to improve the quality of data produced in the US with electronic systems; - Monitoring and Evaluation of data quality from the various programs produced in the Health Units;
