Over the past 7 years, I've immersed myself in the dynamic realm of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) work, contributing substantively to various initiatives: At World Vision International, I served as a MEAL Specialist overseeing programs across multiple provinces, including Gaza, Zambézia, Nampula, and Tete. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of MEAL Coordinator for child sponsorship programs in Chibuto, Guijá, and Mabalane districts within Gaza province. This hands-on experience allowed me to cultivate a depth understanding of program implementation and evaluation methodologies. Furthermore, for three years, I had the privilege of serving as a monitor-lecturer at the Faculty of Agronomy and Forestry Engineering at Eduardo Mondlane University. In this capacity, I supported imparted knowledge in Communication Techniques and Climatology disciplines, contributing to the academic development of aspiring professionals. Beyond my primary focus in MEAL, I possess a robust skill set in report conception, design, planning, and management and proficient in utilizing various data collection tools such as KOBO, ODK, VIAMO, and adept at data analysis using statistical packages like SPSS, STATA, and mapping programs including ArcGIS and ArcMap, I ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based insights. My communication prowess extends to both English and Portuguese, enabling me to effectively represent and present complex information at a high level.
