• Acts as the focal point for all interested bodies (Internal and external) and accountable for the 24/7 safe and efficient operation of plant, product receipt, storage and handling and equipment at the depot; • Ensure that bulk fuel receipt (whatever mode: ship, rail or road) and storage at the depot/terminal are carried out according to requirements of Terminal Operating Manual and that all critical task procedures are consistently adhered to; • Ensure optimum performance and seeks improvements to create competitive advantage in terms of customer service, safety, depot security, asset utilisation and costs within agreed budgets; • Champion HSSE as a personal value to ensure HSSE is promoted in terms of both actions and decisions and to prevent accidents and harm to people or the environment;
