Resumo
Statistician with over 9 years’ experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), statistical analysis and visualization, and household surveys. My expertise lies on combining MEL approaches with data science tools such as local and online dynamic dashboards with relevant indicator (KPI) to enhance learning and facilitate ongoing adaptation and accountability of development programmes or projects. By having led the design of MEL System adapted to projects needs and implementation of baseline, midline and endline data collection exercises and complementary research in more than 10 projects, I have also gained extensive expertise in data management, data analysis and research. My professional experience as MEL officer and researcher expands over more than 10 projects of education, female economic empowerment, development skills for employment, nutrition, access for justice, responsive management of natural resources and strengthening sexual and reproductive health and rights.
