
Graduated in Social Science and Public Administration and Post- Graduate in Rural Development from Eduardo Mondlane University. I have experience of over 10 years working on Democratic Governance,Human Rights . 3 years as Country Governance and Human Rights Programme Coordinator at ActionAid Mozambique. 6 years as Governance Project Officer dealing with different donors funded project (e.g: DANIDA, EU, Swiss Development Cooperation). 4 years as Governance and Education Program Officer at Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) coordinating and monitoring SNV local advisors and National Partners work on anti-corruption and building local democracy, also I worked for 2 years as Local Governance Advisor providing advisory services to Government and Civil Society organizations and promoting the participation of communities, civil society organizations (CSO) forums in dialogue with the government. I have recorder experience on designing training curriculum on Human Rights, Anti-Corruption and public service governance for MS Training Center for Development and Cooperation, training curriculum for civil society organizations at ActionAid to influence good governance processes. I have diverse experience from project formulation, project management, studies, field research and provide training for civil society organizations, government institutions, parliament and communities on governance, human rights including gender responsive public services. Strong domain of the Mozambique socio-political context, and capacity to analyze public policies and develop lobby and advocacy strategy accordingly.
