Graduated in Social Science and Public Administration and Post- Graduate in Rural Development from Eduardo Mondlane University. I have experience of over 10 years working on Democratic Governance,Human Rights . 3 years as Country Governance and Human Rights Programme Coordinator at ActionAid Mozambique. 6 years as Governance Project Officer dealing with different donors funded project (e.g: DANIDA, EU, Swiss Development Cooperation). 4 years as Governance and Education Program Officer at Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) coordinating and monitoring SNV local advisors and National Partners work on anti-corruption and building local democracy, also I worked for 2 years as Local Governance Advisor providing advisory services to Government and Civil Society organizations and promoting the participation of communities, civil society organizations (CSO) forums in dialogue with the government. I have recorder experience on designing training curriculum on Human Rights, Anti-Corruption and public service governance for MS Training Center for Development and Cooperation, training curriculum for civil society organizations at ActionAid to influence good governance processes.
