Resumo
I have experience in the ESMS procedures of various donors and the legal framework of Mozambique. Participated in all ESMS stages in project implementation: Screening, public consultations, environmental and social assessment using FPIC, elaboration of a mitigation plan, elaboration of a community engagement plan, establishment of a grievance mechanism, environmental and social audit, training of stakeholders, and monitoring and evaluation of implementation of activities I have been developing professional activities with NGOs and public institutions, in areas of Social Safeguards in Projects financed by the World Bank, European Union, Blue Action Fund, Biofund, AFD, and other donors
