Find enclosed my application letter. I’ve completed a Chemical engineering degree in 2004, and immediately joined BHP Biliton - Mozal Aluminum Smelter under graduate program during one year, and after that holding various positions. Working towards cost reduction trough process control, production supervision, enhancement and continuous improvement practices and stay committed to safety and people wellbeing at work and outside the organization made me gain respect from colleagues and management team inside the organization. As Process Specialist and Production Supervisor, I work hardly to create a sustainable process control and increase productivity trough rejects control and good working environment respectively, which helped Mozal to stay committed to safety and people wellbeing at work and outside of the organization, an important step to ZERO HARM. In 2010, I challenged myself by accepting a proposal for the position of Health Safety and Environment Superintendent at Maputo Port Development Company (MPDC). This exposure allowed me to deeply understand the health and safety environment inside the port premises towards development of HSE policies that could be effective on shop floor. After ending my contract in 2014, I joined Servitrade / AMECO Project at the Ministry of Labor, where I went to Tete as Health, Safety and Environment Superintendent, during Vale Moçambique construction phase 2 by Odebrecht Company. In this environment I acquired and posse vast experience of working with people, change management to keep and enforce work discipline, to successfully maintain people focused and aligned to the organization goals, built strong teams that care about doing the basics well, to achieve safety, cost reduction and quality results of their work. In November 2018 I was appointed as Training Center Manager for a Vocational Training Institute at the Ministry of Labour Employment and Social Security.
