Maintenance repairs on industrial equipments,assemble & disassembles on damageds parts during a breakdowns and scheduled services. Follow a schedules for a preventive,corrective & preditive services OK equipments. Solve problems or fault finds on breakdowns when it happens during a shift or when i'm on standby role. Repairment of equipment using general mechanical tools or other tools equipment that helps to solve a problems within a downtime. Normally each equipment Has a own manual given by a manufacturer to facilitate a possible maintenance or solve a troubleshooting during a life time of equipment, it is used to help on breakdown. On my roles i must do a routine inspections during a equipment running, where i can find and see how the equipment. I must see & know about a equipment health due life time or running hours when it is gear-boxes or motor to be scheduled a oil change or re-grease accordly with a dosage and quantity of oil acceptable on equipment. I have experience on repair equipment of heavy duty industry meaning, mine & coal, smelter, cement industry. Replace & maintenance on V-belts equipments, bucket elevators,mill equipment,industrial compressors,belts conveyor, centrifugal & exhaust fans, maintenance & services on industrial gear-boxes, filters replacement & attend breakdowns.
