Resumo

My name is Alberto André Munenda, doctoral student, Master of Science in Computer, specialization in systems analysis, from University of Trento - Faculty of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Physics - Italy and bachelor’s in information and Communication Technologies (IT) from Catholic University of Mozambique. Currently I am ICT sub-unit Manager at ICAP - Global Health Action - Mailman School of Public Health - Mozambique where I am overseeing the implementation, maintenance and use of entire information technology resource at a national level. Prior to this position, I was senior health information systems (HIS) advice at ICAP. At this position I spent 40% of my time supporting Strategic information unit and M&E unit activities. It is with much interest that I learned, upon reviewing your job listings on emprego.com, that your organization are currently seeking a Computer Management Specialist. As a Master of Science in Computer Science with 10 years’ experience in IT project management and IT related field an additional 5 years’ background as a Lecture, I feel like my leadership and technical skills are a great match for the qualifications you require. My experiences make me feel fully confident in my ability to research and analyse any technology related problems, issues, and requirements. Although my key strengths lie in the fields of managing IT project, I also have extensive experience of web development, managing IT staff, network administration, maintaining servers. In addition to this I am programming languages such as VB.Net, HTML, and MS SQL Server. I have extensive experience in education field and as a responsible leader I will always represent the views of my IT program, and possessing superb communication skills means I can easily communicate with all stakeholders that include the programmers, application experts and computer operators in order to exchange information and resolve problems.
