I hold a Master's Degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Management and a Degree in Forestry Engineering from Eduardo Mondlane University. I have five years of experience in Project Management of Biodiversity Conservation and rural development in Zambézia province, where I worked for Legado-NGO based in US and LUPA-NGO based in Maputo. I was responsible for activities planning, conducting the day-to-day of the project, monitoring its progress and risk management. Since 2019 until now, I have been working as Ecological Restoration Assistant in the Elephant Coast Landscape, where I am responsible for evaluating restoration opportunities, identifying degraded areas, seed collection, seedling production and drawing up action plans for the restoration of degraded areas.
