Resumo
Francisco is a grant manager and financial management professional with over 16 years of experience working in the Mozambican market with various stakeholders such as: Provincial Health Directorate (DPS), the private sector, civil society and USAID/OTI as Donor. He has experience in the areas of program development, financial management, budget development and management, compliance, compliance and leading meetings with Donors, as well as government partners, local "Associations" and international partners in accountability and with extensive experience in remote work & proven during the intense COVID19 season. Francisco is looking for opportunities in the grants area, where he can use the experience, he gained managing grants in an accelerated USAID/OTI program to make change for the people of Mozambique and USAID SABER program.
