Degree in sociology with 13 years of experience, in rural development projects (Energy, agriculture, Heath, and Rural Development areas). Having worked with several public institutions such as EDM (STE) (Ongoing), ARA-SUL, BMM, FDA, MIC, INCAJU, ICM, DNPDR and MINED. Ms. Zainabo has also worked with consulting companies such as STE, Palmontt, We-Consult, NHP Consulting and Services, DC Consultants and, COWI Mozambique. Regarding international companies, Ms. Zainabo has worked with New-Tech Consultants (of Sudan), SOFRECO (French), SPEED, Canadá World Youth, in addition to projects funded by companies such as WB (World Bank), BAD, BID (Islamic Bank), OFID, BADEA (Arab Bank), ICEIDA (Irish) and Vale (Brazilian). Ms. Zainabo has extensive experience in social safeguards, community development, Grievances Redress Mechanisms Management, different Stakeholders engagement (Financiers, Government and communities) and relations, and she started this experiment with an international youth program company called Canada World Youth, having gathered experience working in different community contexts (national and international). Ms. Zainabo experience covers: i) Consultant in Energy area (The most largest Transmission Line Temane-Maputo of Mozambique, owner by EDM/STE), as Environmental and Social Manager (interim) for 6 month (Ongoing), Social Manager for 18 months (to a date) and as Community liaison and Grievance-Redress Mechanism Coordinator and Supporter in Resettlement area off all affected people in this Project and GBV Officer Supporter for 3 years, in Maputo and Inhambane Provinces; ii) Worked as a Social and Environmental Safeguards Coordinator, for the Ara Sul Emergencies Project at Massingir and Pequenos Libombos Dams; iii) She also have experience in GBV/ EAS / AS area; iii) Human Development, Health and Gender Projects, Children, as well as development projects for small producers in relation to Associations, Promotion and strengthening of savings and
