Resumo

I hold a bachelor degree International Relations and Diplomacy by Joaquim Chissano University (UJC) former Higher Institute of International Relations and a post-graduation degree in Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects. I have great experience working with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Development and Humanitarian Settings, over the years I Have worked with different NGOs, Community Based Organizations, Civil Society Organizations, Donors and Government Institutions from where I gained experience in human rights, particularly child rights where I worked to influence policy formulation, policy implementation at national level and behaviorchange at community level to create positive and lasting impact in marginalized people lives. My experience working in multi-functional, multi-tasking teams, international teams helped me to develop good cooperation relationship that inspire trust, contributing for the achievement of results at scale. I will contribute for USAID's better planning and monitoring of activities. In my role at Save the Children I have worked in humanitarian setting in Cabo Delgado, being responsible for different range of activities at the Internal Displaced Persons Communities and Host communities related to Child Protection, Child Participation and Advocacy. I have experience in fieldwork, data collection and community engagement, having worked to collect data to use as evidence for advocacy at all levels. supporting team members in activities like support and assist in the verification and cleaning of the data collected, identifying and correcting gaps, inconsistencies and technical issues, prepare tables, charts, infographics, briefs, narratives and other communication products related to beneficiary identity data management.
