Resumo

My name is Disaster Sebastian Mugondi, a male aged 30 and a holder of a B.Com Hon Degree in Marketing. I have worked for Tanganda Tea Company as a Scale/Admin Clerk(2009-2012) , Meikles Hotel(2013-2014) as a Sales Executive; N1 Hotel Harare (2015-2017) as a Front office Receptionist and Reservation Agent, Aujan Holdings (2017-2019) as a Residant Manager for a private villa in Seychelles and N1 Hotel Victoria Falls (2019-), where for the past two years I have been responsible for being the first point of contact with the hotel guests for both conferences and accommodation. Apart from my superb customer service skills, I am also fully competent in front office operations, dealing with guests queries, administration work, operating the telephone switchboard and coordinating all the business operational systems. In addition to this, and as per Receptionist`s requirements, I am capable of greeting all clients in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. My key skill lies in being able to ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued so that when they leave it’s a certainty that they will be back. Indeed, I have been commended by all of my former employers as well as other guests on TripAdvisor for creating a professional, welcoming and reassuring atmosphere in the reception areas for all visitors and customers. Right now I am at the stage in my career where I am ready to work for a fast developing country like Mozambique. I enclosed a copy of my CV and hope you will look favourably upon my application.
