Responsible for: * Quotation, evaluation and choice of suppliers; * Transport, logistics and order receiving; * Acquisition of raw materials, goods and services; * Performance analysis and feedback of deliveries and suppliers. * Carrying out the organization's purchases and logistics and implementing all logistics processes * Manage service provision and supply contracts * Ensure timely supply and delivery of goods to stakeholders; * Identify potential service and product providers in the local market * Regularly monitor all logistics and warehouse related issues * Coordinate the entire process of acquiring and contracting companies that supply goods and services * Ensure compliance with all procurement or contracting procedures * Finalize the details of purchase orders and their deliveries * Provide support in the supervision and request for quotes; pre-assessment of proposals and qualification of suppliers * Time management and meeting deadlines according to the organization's procedures * Perform risk management for procurement contracts Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on acquisition costs.
