With more than fifteen years of proven experience in the security area at Ministry of Interior, Matola Port, Standard Bank, UNHCR, UNICEF in Cabo Delgado Province, Security & Emergency Response Manager at Maragra Sugar an Illovo Company and current performing Project Manager at G4S Mozambique, specialized in Special Operations (Abductions, Terrorism and Counter-terrorism, Intervention in Residences and Buses) in India and in Security of Ships and Port Facilities - Maputo, but allied to high capacity leadership, conflict management, and team motivation.
