I have a degree in Social & Organizational Psychology (Universidade Eduardo Mondlane), since 2008. Currently attending Master in Business Administration (MBA). Experience: at least 8 years of HR and Administration, 1 year of HSE as well as 3 years as Professor at Universidade A Politécnica, teaching Psychology and HR Management. Along my career I've worked for Organizations such as United Nations, FHI360, CBE Southern Africa; RIO TINTO; DP World, and MSR Engineering where I played my role as HR Consultant, Analyst and Manager focused on Recruitment, People Management (payroll & benefits), Administration, Legal Obligation Control and Payment, good knowledge of Labour Law.
