Summary 15 year in Oil & gas operation, 4 year in bank operation and 8 years in Port & Railways operations. Terminal management and logistics activities, including safety and environmentally. Ensure existence of adequate system, critical controls and SOP in the terminal for product storage, vessel receipt and product deliveries. Develop strategies that optimize efficiency for logistics operation in the terminal, identify areas for cost savings, systems enhancements, operational improvements to meet budget targets and maintain operating margin. Promote and enhance HSE compliances with zero incidents, spill and soil contamination, near Miss/ Incident report and investigation. Guarantee quality of product through audit of SOP and ensure daily stock are adequately reconciled and variances justified and reported. Responsible for financial budgeting, forecasting throughput, management of man hours, overtime, and all other operational costs. API2350 Gap analysis, HAZOP and HAZID. Closing of HSE audits findings.
