My tenth years of working with projects was developed at Instituto Nacional de Saúde -Mozambique (INS). This institution is part of the Ministry of Health of Mozambique, created to conduct scientific research for the benefit of the population from Mozambique. At INS my daily activities are basically: participate to the funding applications; execute and control budgets; manage program contracts; prepare progress, financial reports including invoices; submission of funds request; support the research coordinators with technical issues; coordinate administrative activities (procurement, finance, HR, inventory, maintenance, audits), assist project funders visit and projects financial audits; lead funders conference calls; and prepare and lead monthly team meetings.
