Resumo
Elvira Rendição is an Agronomist Engineer by training with over 13 years of experience in National and International Development with special focus on integrated community development, active citizenship, democratic governance, gender, human rights and extractive industry. She is specialized in programme management, partnership management, monitoring, evaluation, social accountability and learning and Results-Based Management. She also has a large knowledge on Mozambican civil society organizations, donor engagement and has good leadership skills. She is also well conversant with writing formal documents such as operational (annual work plans) and reports, in both English and Portuguese following international donors standards.
