
I was part of the Key USAID Activities’ Personnel when I served as Director Monitoring and Evaluation/Government Liaison Officer (USAID/DATA Rising); Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor (USAID/AGIS) and Monitoring and Evaluation specialist (USAID/ Access for All) Activities (Projects) I was part of the National team that represented Zambia at SADC in the review of EMIS indicators; a process that included two meetings in Namibia and 1 in South Africa, as well as but not limited to Field data collection from selected parts of SADC countries including Zambia. Apart from heading the Monitoring and Evaluation Department at Mufulira Professional College, I helped create a Monitoring and evaluation system that included a database and data collection tools including the capacity building of members of staff in Monitoring and Evaluation. I have led and participated in various projects with complex Regional, National and Subnational latitudes, including evaluations, large scale surveys, and Monitoring, Evaluation and learning (MEL) systems design, development and assessment. I led the Mid-Term review of the National HIV and AIDS Strategic framework 2011-2015(NASF 2011-2015), Joint Program Reviews and 2012(JPR). My projects cover such diverse sectors such as human rights approach to educating the child, accounts, Record management and Entrepreneurship. I am regularly consulted to help NGOs, FBOs and CBOs with project management, Proposal Writing including Evaluations and creation and strengthening of Monitoring systems. I possess Demonstrable experience with SQL Server experience including writing advanced SQL queries and statements, good communication and interpersonal skills with continuous quality improvement (CQI) data Prior to joining USAID/Access for All Project as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, I had served as Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for USAID/ZCHPP Project, Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for Mufulira Professional
