I'm a hard worker and can work under pressure with little supervision. I worked in several companies carrying a post of supervision and basically responsible for the operation of work. Duties i carried out was setting out of structures,conducting tool box talk every morning, making sure competent people are on the ground for a specific job,making sure the job is done properly, marking daily attendance register and controlling material as well as giving my boss updates of work progress. I have been in construction industry for over 20 years.
