I have an extensive experience in working in conservation areas, with experience in natural resource management programs, biodiversity conservation, forestry, gender, communities based organizations programs, grievances mechanism, environmental impact assessment, resettlement programs, public consultations process e.o., where my KEY RESPONSIBILITIES where to work to the public, introducing new policies and concepts, project management of projects, strategic plans, programmers and coordinate activities in line with the operational plan and budget of projects and of the government, with a very board public relations connection in all country, with high level of leadership - Problem solving and analysis skills, able to work under pressure and very flexible. I also have experience in working in community forestry using participatory approaches, including Capacity building of forestry professionals and local communities, train and income generation activities, Rapid Rural and Participatory Appraisal methods to draw development plans for communities to improve people livelihoods, ensuring active participation and equal access for women and men to project benefits and decision-making processes, provide training on Gender Action Leaning System (GALS) to local communities, Gender integration in all activities and conduct gender reviews and other donor gender requirements with significant field experience in projects related to climate change and risk reduction, forest plantations, reforestation programs, land use planning, zoning and forestry inventories, project identification, planning, budgeting and reporting including liaisons with domestic & international governmental and non-governmental institutions.
