My name is Amarildo Mauro Moisés de Carlos Lichucha, a 35 year old male from Mozambique. I have great experience with the Mozambican Tax system ranging from all taxes including Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT) and Transfer Pricing (TP), among other tax codes. Having worked for nearly seven years at one of the Big four Accounting firms, KPMG in Mozambique I have been exposed to multiple firms assisting in various tax related matters including advisory as well as auditing. I currently hold a position at the State Department in the US Mission Maputo of a Budget Analyst/ Accountant. I have been working at the Mission for almost 5 years and have expertise in the various systems in the Accounting and Budgeting field, working with USAID as well as with other serviced and non-serviced agencies to the State Department.
