
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office; Support manager end employees through a variety of tasks related to organazation communication; Communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in timely manner; Answer and direct phone calls; Organize and schedule correspondence memos, letters, faxes and mails sending by DHL; Order office supplies; Book travel arrangements; Provide general support and visitors control; Type correspondence, reports and other documents; Maintain office confidential records and files, coordinate repairs to office equipment; Invoices receiving from services providers, passes to finance and processes payment and checking for services Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; advises needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; Hotel reservation for dhort time travel staff; Responsible for Hotels resources list; Responsible for invitation letters for staff and family membres travelling to Mozambique Perform other related duties as required such as support office manager to improve environment and operation taks assigned by the management team
